How we work
The habits that keep results clean.
Barcoded at inward
Every booklet and bundle gets a barcode the day it arrives. A count that does not add up shows up then, not at results.
Two people, then sign-off
Work passes an automated check first and a trained person second. Nothing leaves without a name against it.
On your premises if needed
Cloud, your server, or an air-gapped room where the data has to stay. Role logins and an audit trail on every system.
We run it, or you do
Hand the operation to our team, or take the software and run it with your own staff. Most clients mix the two.

Is this one platform or separate products?
The Campus ERP is one platform for the full academic cycle — admission, fees, academics, attendance, exams, evaluation and results — with on-screen marking and OMR built in. You can take the whole ERP, or start with one office and add the rest later. Government document scanning is a separate service we run for departments and record rooms.
Do you run the operation, or just hand over software?
Either. Our team can run the whole cycle — inward, scanning, evaluation, results — or you take the software and run it with your own staff. Most clients start with us running it and move more in-house over time.
Where does our data sit?
Wherever your rules need it to. Cloud, a server in your office, or an air-gapped room with no outside connection. Access is by named login with an audit trail, and we work to DPDP-aligned handling with a written chain of custody for physical files.
How do you keep evaluation fair?
The barcode hides the candidate, so an examiner only ever sees answers. Papers can go to a second and third examiner, and valuations that differ beyond tolerance are reconciled before any result is published.
What happens to an OMR mark you cannot read cleanly?
It is held back, not guessed. Blank, double and faint marks are flagged for a person to look at. A sheet is only scored once every mark on it is certain.
How do you make sure no booklet goes missing?
Each booklet and bundle is barcoded at inward and tracked at every stage. A bundle only closes when the scanned count matches the received count — any gap shows up the same day.

We run one university exam system across 55+ courses and 1,640+ subjects, and large government scanning jobs. We start with a pilot batch so you can check quality before production, then scale to the timeline.
